When you decide to undertake a qualification you embark upon what is sometimes a complex and sophisticated course. It can be daunting at first but in our course we have supplemented most uncommon words with the words we all use in every day language, it is easier to understand that way. We simplify our courses as much as possible whilst losing none of the requirements of the Training Package.
When you undertake a course with us you have access to our trainers over extended hours. You will be given an after hours mobile telephone number and if you are stuck on something and if our trainer is available they will help you.
In addition to the extended hours phone help we have an instant, unique and extremely helpful section of our website called the discussion forum (this is available 24/7) that you can log in and post questions onto which are answered by our trainers. Other learners get to benefit from the answer that was given – sort of like an interactive and evolving frequently asked questions page. A recent comment from one of our clients who completed our course was: "Thank you to everyone who wrote a question, an answer and who were courageous enough to admit that they didn't understand questions. You all helped me get my qualification." You will receive your unique username and password to access the forum when you enrol.
HBA conducts Free Supplementary Training and Review Days, if you are having difficulty with any element of your course, all you have to do is book into the day and come along. We will cover off your enquiry in simple to understand language.
HBA provides training to Government Departments, TAFE teachers, RTO Trainers and everyday people just like you. We are the RTO of choice of some of the biggest organisations in this country and why do they keep sending people to us? It is because we actually care about each and every one of our Learners. We are not driven by the almighty dollar. From the very beginning we believed if we provided a user friendly, excellent product and unparalleled back up service the profit will follow. We were right about that.
We took a view about pricing that was consistent with one of the key drivers of the Federal Government which is make learning available to everyone. If you obtain your TAE40110 qualification with HBA you will be offered the Diploma at a very low price, it is our way of saying thank you and places you in an enviable position when looking for a promotion at work.
Lastly, our Trainers are employees, not casual contractors who come and go. As full time employees they have a vested interest in supporting you when you need help (and you will) and it is they who assess your work.
